Dream

1994 - An African homeless man sleeping in a car wreck in a scrap yard protecting an orphan. This painting was done post-apartheid to confront people and to show them that we all need to live a life of love and tolerance towards each other. There is an African street child peeping in symbolizing that there are orphans of all races that we need to take care of. The African homeless man is having a dream of Jesus watching over them with compassion and love and showing them a new world coming and the old world dissipating. God's greatest commandment is to love each other as we love ourselves and this will be our reward – heaven with eternal life. Sold

Father

1995 - This painting represents the father's heart (we as fathers or our God) and the love we are supposed to give to our children. There are two paths, the one of the left is going down and the other is going up – heaven and hell. The pit forms part of a keyhole in this temple symbolizing what Jesus had said: that He is the temple that was built to save us all out of the pits of darkness and hatred into His eternal glory. This is why He (Father) gave His only son, so that we could be saved. Sold
